ISTJ
Introvert(38%) Sensing(1%) Thinking(12%) Judging(38%)
I have always tested as ISTJ in the Meyers Brigg test. I believe all of the categories are accurate and reflect my character and person accurately. I tend to enjoy being around people for a period of time but eventually I need to recharge by myself through reading or drawing or playing guitar. I also lean towards believing that justice is a more practical action than mercy because if mercy is given over and over than no one will ever fear doing anything wrong and that is not a society we need. The thinking and sensing categories are accurate as well because my emotions do play a part in my decisions but I have the presence of mind to not let them control my decisions. I both use intuition and sensing in making decisions and that is also reflected.
My favorite Affirmation was done by my brother AJ. He described me as hardworking, determined, responsible, loyal and ambitious. He wrote, "He's a great example as a brother. He has all the good qualities of a hard-working person. He helps me with homework, basketball, and much more. He rarely gives up on anything and you can trust him with almost anything."
Honestly I would never have guessed you were introverted it's really cool that you can use music to help you recharge!
ReplyDeleteI can definitely relate to having enough of people and needing to recharge. I would say that mercy has its place in our society, and we shouldn't think we need to pick one or the other.
ReplyDeleteHey there ISTJ bud, it's funny yet not very surprising to me that we scored the same on the test. We both like people to a certain extent and anything more than that is a little overwhelming. I can see that you definitely are a person who values logic and reason when making any kind of decision, as do I. However I find myself agreeing with Reid again when it comes to mercy, I agree with your point that Justice should reign more supreme and that without the constant push for justice then people will begin to stop obeying the law, but I understand also that there is a time and a place where mercy is needed.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool that your results were so true! I love that you can explain exactly where each result comes from.
